Aunt Enna's Healthy Oatmeal Cookie

¾ cup vegetable oil
½ to ¾ cups of honey
1/8 cup molasses
1 egg
1 ¼ cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sifted whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins & 1 cup walnuts, pecans or sunflower seeds

Combine dry ingredients, combine wet ingredients then mix well, let sit 5 minutes before dropping by the teaspoonful onto an oiled cookie
